Kids F.I.T (Families in Transition) is an educational and support group designed for kids (ages 8-12) experiencing parents separating or divorcing.
Kids will learn:
o How to identify and express their feelings in healthy ways
o How to cope with family conflict
o How to communicate their needs during the transition between two households
