As a highly experienced PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills) Professional Trainer, Don teaches skills couples need to build and sustain satisfying marital intimacy and to create strong lasting families. He believes that healing comes through:

  • expressing and understanding emotions
  • building one's personal strengths and interpersonal skills
  • maintaining strong and happy relationships
  • engaging one another with openness, humor, pleasure, acceptance, and love.

Don frequently shares poignant stories and picturesque metaphors that nudge his clients toward new paths for health and happiness. Clients and professionals find working with Dr. Adams an experience filled with fun, joy, philosophical perspective, spiritual depth, and reverence for life.
