Susan Gillo, Ph. D.
Susan Gillo, Ph.D., is a clinical and developmental psychologist with specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety, depression, and disruptive behavior disorders (i.e., ADHD, ODD); family and marital therapy;and assessment of ADHD and learning difficulties.
Dr. Gillo obtained her B.A. in psychology at the University of California, Berkeley where she participated as a research assistant and camp counselor in the first large-scale study of girls with ADHD. These experiences led her to pursue a
Ph.D. in both clinical and developmental psychology at the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her training with a child clinical psychology internship at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Gillo emphasizes a caring and interpersonal style in her work with children, families, and couples.
